Practice Schedule Feb. 1 - Feb. 7, 2010
**Please bring water and the appropriate clothes (both indoors and outdoors) to practice every day.**

Monday |
2:15p – Circuits at Dimond. We will be inside. Please bring the correct attire (as you should have every day regardless). |

Tuesday |
2:25p – The bus leaves Dimond at 2:25p! Be ready and on the bus at 2:25p. Interval Day. The goal of the intervals is to work on climbing while moving fast up hill. This means keeping the momentum moving forward regardless of losing kick. We will follow up the workout in the chalet with some abs/core strength. The intervals will be be level 3/4. |

Wednesday |
2:25p – The bus leaves Dimond at 2:25p! Be ready and on the bus at 2:25p. Strength Day. We will be working on arm strength. Double and single poling throughout the workout. We will also talk briefly about regions and the east classic relay. Level 2. |

Thursday |
2:25p – The bus leaves Dimond at 2:25p! Be ready and on the bus at 2:25p. Speed Day. Light speed work. We will be doing some quick sprints through a longer ski. The sprints will be level 4 with lots of rest. |

Friday |
2:25p - The bus leaves Dimond at 2:25p! Be ready and on the bus at 2:25p. Roth/Stout Day! |

Saturday |
No scheduled practice. Please go for an hour easy classic ski. I suggest setting up a time with some of your team mates to practice. Remember, Regions is coming soon! |

Sunday |
Day off. Please take a day off of skiing. |
