2:20p - Meet in the freshman commons to talk about the previous weekend, to talk about this week and to talk about Christmas break training. We will be up in the athlete weight room for circuits/strength. |

Lap swim in the morning. This is a great time to work on your
endurance! |

Wednesday |
2:20p – Meet by the locker rooms. BUS LEAVES AT 2:20p!!! Intervals at Kincaid. We will be doing some short quick intervals: 12 x 1 min @ level 4. |

Thursday |
2:20p – Meet by the locker rooms. BUS LEAVES AT 2:20p!!! We are going to talk about the difference between V2 alternate and V1. We are also going to talk about our V2 technique. Lastly, we will be working on strength (both leg and arm). |

Friday |
2:20p – Easy ski at Kincaid. Meet at the chalet. We will go over the sprint loop course for those doing the Besh Cup race Saturday. We will also be video taping techniques (V1, V2, and V2 alternate). |

Saturday |
No practice scheduled. There is a Besh Cup race out at Kincaid. Some of your teammates may be racing. Come and support them! |

No practice scheduled. There is a Besh Cup race out at Chugiak. Some of your teammates may be racing. Come and support them! |
