2:20p - We will meet by the locker rooms and we will be both inside and outside. Please be prepared for both. Also, if you have classic poles please bring them as we will be doing some hill bounding and working on technique. Also, Ira Edwards from Toko/Rossignol will be here to do a wax clinic for those interested. He will be setting up in the old gym foyer and will start around 3:00p. Parents and athletes are welcome. Athletes we will be splitting you into two groups so Ira can work with smaller groups. |
| Tuesday Nov. 10th Dimond |
6:00a (optional practice) - DHS Pool ($3 per time or $27 for a 10-punch pass). We will be lap swimming. 2:20p - Meet by the locker rooms. We will be going for an easy run followed by circuits upstairs in the old weight room. Please remember to bring water as the weight room does not have a water fountain close. |

2:20p - Meet by the locker rooms. We will be going for a longer run followed by technique work. |
| Thursday Nov. 12th Dimond |
6:00a (optional practice) - DHS Pool ($3 per time or $27 for a 10-punch pass). We will be lap swimming. 2:20p - Meet by the locker rooms. We will be splitting into different groups and doing some hall circuits. 5:30p - Barney's night for those interested. |

2:20p - Meet by the locker rooms. We will be running, working on technique, and some other activities. |
| Saturday Nov 14th Glen Alps |
9:30a - Skate ski practice. Glen Alps parking lot. It can be very windy and cold up here. Please be prepared. We will be skate skiing along the powerline pass. This is the flattop parking lot for those of you that are a little lost. You will need your skate skis, skate poles, skate boots, and outdoor gear. If you do not have some of this gear yet, please see one of the coaches. Also, you may wish to car-pool as it is a difficult drive and ways from Dimond area. Also, the municipality charges $5 per car parked there (unless you have a season pass). |
